Professional Referrals Only

We work on a 'referral only' basis, sadly we are unable to accept private referrals, so you will need to ask an organisation/service to refer you to us. They can do so by filling in this form. Below are just a few examples of people you can ask to refer you:

For us to continue providing these services, it is really important that you are referred by a professional body.

Referral Policy

By completing the form you are accepting that you understand and agree to the Referral Policy as set out below:

Referral Policy:

  • favorite_border Our service is available to people living in West Sussex. If you are outside of our area, please search for your local baby bank, or email us for help at the address above.
  • favorite_border We are unable to deliver, bundles MUST BE COLLECTED from our Hub within ONE WEEK of notification that the items are ready. We do not have the capacity to store items.
  • favorite_border Bundles MUST be collected by the referrer. Unfortunately we are unable to have families collect directly.
  • favorite_border Referrals may take up to two weeks to prepare, however please note that items requested where a baby isn't due within the next eight weeks may be prepared nearer the time.
  • favorite_border Unless you choose to opt out, toiletries for the family are included as standard in our bundles.
  • favorite_border We cannot provide food parcels. We may be able to provide a small amount of baby food, and your usual formula, if requested. If you are in need of support with providing food for yourself or your family, please contact your local foodbank. On our website we have listed some other local organisations who can help with food and other community support.
  • favorite_border We do not provide car seats of any kind for safety reasons.

Sizes

Please let us know the sizes required for each child. If you don't need clothing or shoes for a particular child, you can select the 'Not Required' option from the dropdown list.

You only need to provide a clothing size if your child is large or small for their age, e.g. if they're 6 years old in 8 year old clothes, otherwise you can just select the 'Age Appropriate' option.

Please note: Our EU shoe sizes are offered as a guide, if there's no exact match we suggest going for the next size up.

Please provide any additional details about the items you've selected above, such as formula type or nappy size etc. Also note that we are usually only able to provide the items listed above, but if you urgently require other items that aren't listed, please say so here and we'll do our best to source them, but please be aware that we may not be able to.

We aim to respond to all referral requests within 2 weeks, but if this request is urgent please provide a reason.
